How it started
Pramod Kishanlal Sharma started in real estate in 1996, in the western suburbs of Mumbai, and has worked here ever since. The three places he worked then are the three the firm works now: Borivali, Kandivali and Malad, on both sides of the railway line.
Those first years set how the firm still works. Resale flats and rentals, done properly, for people who wanted somebody local beside them. In 2005 the firm moved into the office it still occupies in Chikoowadi, Borivali West, and families who bought through it then come back to sell, to rent and to buy the next home.
How the firm works
Shree Giriraj is family run. The person who takes your call is the person who walks the building with you, reads the file and sits beside you at registration.
